a pretty old picture that I took in my old film camera...this is part of fingold (hope that is the spelling) court in downtown jerusalem...

Don't just see anything that looks particularly interesting in the composition.
What where you actually thinking?
Slicha! I am sorry for having said this so blundly but sometimes it can also help. Maybe if you give a better background about the place and what you where thinking with your composition it can help the viewer/audience. In Israel there are so many nice buildings and places to use for your compositions so just go for it!

probably only another angle would help here. try to shoot only the blue door from right in front,...just an idea - you would get nice textures and a good contrast...
this composition doesn't work for me either, I'm sorry.
